Job Description

Designation	SENIOR SPECIALIST

Job Description (Posting).	1.Develops and maintains policies, systems, processes and measures that enable the enrichment of CI’s in support of best recommended ITIL principles. 2.Assists the Asset & Configuration Process Owner in maturing and optimizing the lifecycle management of information technology assets(hardware/software) throughout organization, i.e. assists in developing and maintaining policies, systems, processes and measures that enable the management of the IT asset portfolio in adherence to best practices. 3.Ensures compliance to wholly enriched CI’s across platform, application and service owners 4.Communicates and coordinates process, procedure and tooling activities across the other ITIL processes and IT delivery areas 5.Creates, monitors, and enforces effective and efficient configuration management processes and technologies 6.Maintains configuration management accountability with platform and regional configuration managers and acts as a mentor, escalation point or other SME 7. (1.) Ensure adherence to the published compliance frame work. Monitor by conducting periodic audits to ensure all compliance aspects are adhered to; Analyze and publish reports on the findings; discuss with the concerned stake holders and follow up on the clos (2.) To analyze and integrate the CoE Process and adjoining HR/Business Processes for bringing out higher alignment by creating new designs or enhancing the current design as per industry and regulatory norms.  (3.) To keep self abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the next/best practices (4.)  To prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement of the HR Process(es), lead pilot and testing efforts of a process rollout including preparation of training material and ensure that customer queries on a new process are responded to.
