Administrative Assistant (B.L. Harbert International)
The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support.
Responsibilities included but not limited to for this position:
· Maintain office operations and procedures, requisition office supplies, and manage office inventory
· Arrange, manage, drivers schedule and all routine vehicle maintenance
· Coordinate, manage and oversee housing repairs, utility bill processing, and move in/out activities.
· Update monthly reports accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
· 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to take initiative and motivate others in the team
· Strong sense of urgency and ability to be timely in performing tasks
Physical Demands:
To perform the duties of this job, the employee must:
· Must have the ability to work in both office and field settings
· Have the ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 25 lbs. of weight
· Possess a high degree of concentration necessary to work in a busy office environment with multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 per month
