Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitation smooth opera ons within the office, coordination with Amazon for FBA shipments, collaboration with the sales team, generate reports, and maintaining
effective communication on with accounts for pending payments and billing. Strong communication on skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and prior experience in office coordination on are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Amazon FBA Shipment Coordination:
- Liaise with Amazon's team for (FBA) Shipment team to ensure accurate and daily shipments.
- Coordinate inventory management and restocking ac vi es to meet FBA requirements.
2. Sales Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide administrative support.
- Maintain a clear channel communication to ensure alignment between sales and opera on all activities.
3. Report Generation:
- Utilize MS Excel and other tools to compile, analyse, and generate reports related to sales, shipments, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Create visually appealing and informative reports that aid in decision-making processes.
4. Accounts Coordination:
- Communicate with the accounts department to track and manage pending payments from clients.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions and daily follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with accounts to reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Share billing details and relevant documents with the accounts team for proper documentation and payment processing.
5. Office Opera ons:
- Manage general office tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office environment is organisation and functional.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in office coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes is a plus.
- Prior experience in accounts coordination or billing is beneficial.
- Problem-solving mindset and pro acptivettiatude.
Salary: 30 to 35k Per Month
Only Female Candidate Required.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
